By accessing or using AppShots AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppShots AI is an AI-powered tool that generates App Store and Google Play promotional screenshots. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers — including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Replicate — to generate text prompts and images on your behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your app when using the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that generated screenshots comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines before submission.
• You must not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing material.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (app icons, screenshots, mascots). You are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use any images generated by the Service for your commercial purposes. AppShots AI does not claim ownership of generated outputs.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of AppShots AI.

5. Third-Party AI Services

The Service relies on the following third-party AI providers to generate content:

• OpenAI — used for generating structured text prompts and analyzing screenshot content.
• Google Gemini — used as the primary image generation engine.
• Replicate — used as an alternative image generation engine (Nano Banana Pro model).

Your inputs (app name, description, uploaded images) may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your screenshots. We do not control how these providers process data beyond their published terms. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of these providers where applicable.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images and text produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

7. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when screenshots are generated. Credit balances are non-transferable and may expire according to the plan terms at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AppShots AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to app store rejections, lost revenue, or inaccurate AI outputs.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
